Property prices on this website are asking prices in euros, set by the owner or the developer. New-build prices are shown excluding VAT, as each page says. The taxes and costs of buying are paid on top of the price, and the buyer's guide explains them.
Complaints
You can ask me for the Junta de Andalucía's official complaint form (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) at my office, or wherever I am providing the service.
