This website, draguestates.com, is run by Horia Matei Dragu, trading as Dragu Estates. The full details are in the Legal notice. These terms cover the use of the website. Working with me as a buyer or a seller is agreed with you directly and separately.

You can browse freely, without an account. Please use the website lawfully: don't try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or use its forms for anything other than genuine enquiries.

I take care that what I publish is accurate and up to date, but it is general information. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or contract.

Property details, prices and availability come from owners, developers and public records. They can change, and are confirmed when you enquire. Developers' images can be computer renderings that don't show the finished homes exactly, and maps show the approximate area, not the exact plot.

The guides explain taxes, costs and legal points in general terms, with the date they were checked. They are not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation: before you decide, check with your lawyer or tax advisor.

When you send a form or a message, please give accurate details, so I can reply. How your information is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

The texts, guides, photographs, images, plans and design of this website are protected by intellectual property rights, which belong to me or to those who have allowed me to use them, such as developers and photographers. You may share links to any page and read the content for your own, non-commercial use.
