Take my advice

The largest plot is not the most expensive villa, so it is worth comparing plot, built area and position together. I go through them with you on site.
Some villas have a lift: ask me which, if stairs matter to you.
The developer's documents show two payment plans; I confirm the current one in writing before you reserve.
Before you visit a sales office, tell me first: I'll arrange the visit and come with you, so you have someone on your side until the keys.
