A boutique development of 107 homes on a hillside in La Quinta, Benahavís, above the Golf Valley, where every home faces the sea. The first phase is finished; the second and third phases, 58 apartments and penthouses with new shared amenities of their own, are being built, the second for the third quarter of 2027.

The homes available now are listed below by phase, from the developer's latest price lists: key-ready penthouses in the first phase, and 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses in the new phases.

In the new phases: Miele kitchens with Silestone worktops, Dornbracht taps, large-format Inalco porcelain floors that continue onto the terraces, Schüco windows, underfloor heating and air conditioning with a thermostat in each room, and a home-automation system. Every home has a storage room and parking in the underground garage: two spaces, or one for some 2-bedroom homes.

Residents share a health club with a heated 25-metre indoor pool, sauna, steam room, ice bath and jacuzzi, a gym next to a children's area, outdoor pools and gardens, and 24-hour security with a concierge. The new phases add a salt-water pool with a jacuzzi, an outdoor gym, a yoga and meditation area, a playground, petanque and a business centre with a sports lounge.

Take my advice

The special-offer penthouses are ready to move in, so you see exactly what you buy, roof pool and views included. I can arrange the visit.
In the new phases, the outlook changes from block to block and floor to floor. The developer has drone footage taken from each block, which I can send you before you choose.
Each payment before the keys must be covered by a bank guarantee or insurance. I check it for you before you pay.
Before you visit a sales office, tell me first: I'll arrange the visit and come with you, so you have someone on your side until the keys.
